Choosing the Right Paving

There are so many options available today that it can be hard to know where to start. We work with a wide range of materials to suit every style of property.

• Indian Sandstone: This is incredibly popular in Norfolk. It is a natural stone that comes in a variety of warm, earthy tones (like Raj Green or Autumn Brown). Every slab is unique, giving your patio a lovely, rustic character.

• Porcelain Paving: If you want a sleek, ultra-modern look, porcelain is the answer. It is non-slip, scratch-resistant, and very easy to keep clean. It creates a seamless "indoor-outdoor" flow, especially if you have bi-fold doors.

• Traditional Paving Slabs: Perfect for utility areas, shed bases, or tidy pathways down the side of the house.

More Than Just Patios

Built to Last

Just like our driveways, the secret to a long-lasting patio is in the preparation. You do not want your new slabs to start rocking or sinking after the first winter.

We excavate the area properly and install a solid, compacted sub-base of crushed concrete (Type 1). We lay our paving on a full bed of mortar, not just "dots" of cement, which ensures the slabs are fully supported and won't come loose. We also point the joints with a high-quality resin or mortar compound that stops weeds from growing through the gaps.
